Safe operation of wire drawing machine

1. Operators must wear gloves during operation to prevent the workpiece from burning their fingers and affecting product quality.
2. Before starting up, carefully check the equipment's gas supply (5kg/cm2), and whether the gas supply pipeline is leaking, and drain the accumulated water in the air filter.
3. Install the wire drawing sand belt correctly (the direction of the arrow on the inner side of the wire drawing sand belt should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the wire drawing roller). Carefully check whether the lubrication of the upper and lower bearing seats and the lifting screw is good, and only start the machine when there is no one on the front side of the discharge.
4. After the equipment is started, it should be immediately checked whether the sand belt swing is within the required range and whether there are any other abnormal phenomena. Otherwise, it should be adjusted or shut down immediately.
5. It is strictly prohibited to start both the wire drawing machine and the dust collection fan at the same time, and it is strictly prohibited for the operator to leave the work post after starting up.
6. It is strictly prohibited to directly place the workpiece on the conveyor belt for wire drawing without a pallet, and it is strictly prohibited to place the workpiece on a wooden pallet without a stopper for wire drawing, to avoid damaging the conveyor belt and injuring people by flying the workpiece.
When two people are working, the operator behind the equipment must not face the exit of the wire drawing machine directly, to avoid injury in case the workpiece flies out.
8. The pressure adjustment of the wire drawing machine should be moderate. Generally, the pressure gauge reading should be between 35-75, and it is strictly prohibited to exceed the red line to avoid equipment or personal accidents.
9. It is strictly prohibited to adjust the air pressure of the equipment during normal operation to avoid equipment and personal accidents caused by sand belt loss of control.
